The Santa Clara County Public Defender Office stands in solidarity with the immigrant community

"It is both sad and dangerous to target our immigrant population. They are contributing members of our vibrant and healthy community. Efforts to push them into the shadows undermines public safety, the justice system, and government’s role as a morale compass modeling compassion and community. We want them to know the Public Defender’s Office stands with them."
